With virtual care, your health and safety are our top priorities—just like in-person care. Kaiser Permanente members have been using virtual care for years. And our doctors perform hundreds of these virtual appointments on a daily basis, connecting with our members via computer or mobile device from the comfort of home or convenience of work. So you can rest assured that you can get your care when and where you need it.
For your convenience, you can schedule a video or telephone visit with a physician, complete an e-visit on kp.org , or call 800-777-7904 to speak with an advice nurse. For more information on the virtual care options available, visit kp.org/getcare.
Our Advanced Urgent Care centers, with even more services under one roof, including advanced imaging (such as CT, ultrasound, or MRI), observation unit, cardiac monitoring— remain open 24/7. So our members can enjoy peace of mind knowing they’ll always have somewhere to go for care, no matter when they need it.
*At this time, some of our Urgent Care centers are still consolidated due to the outbreak of COVID-19. To find the closest open Urgent Care center to you, click here. For more information about our Urgent Care centers, please visit kp.org/urgentcare/mas.
