To better meet the needs of our members, week day operating hours for Reston and White Marsh Urgent Care centers will be 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. (previously 3 p.m. to 1 a.m.). Weekend and holiday hours will not change.
This does not affect Urgent Care locations that are temporarily closed* or our Advanced Urgent Care centers, which remain open 24/7.
White Marsh Urgent Care center
- Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Saturday through Sunday and holidays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Reston Urgent Care center
- Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m
- Saturday through Sunday and holidays, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
We hope this change in hours will give our members more opportunities to get care and improve their overall care experience.
Virtual Care
With virtual care, your health and safety are our top priorities—just like in-person care. Kaiser Permanente members have been using virtual care for years. And our doctors perform hundreds of these virtual appointments on a daily basis, connecting with our members via computer or mobile device from the comfort of home or convenience of work. So you can rest assured that you can get your care when and where you need it.

Our Advanced Urgent Care centers, with even more services under one roof, including advanced imaging (such as CT, ultrasound, or MRI), observation unit, cardiac monitoring— remain open 24/7. So our members can enjoy peace of mind knowing they’ll always have somewhere to go for care, no matter when they need it.
