When you visit one of our Advanced Urgent Care or Urgent Care centers, you’re treated by a board-certified emergency medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine physician who has access to your complete electronic medical record. Those details at our fingertips help us make an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan, helping you feel better soon.

Advanced Urgent Care—an option for even more serious health concerns

Urgent health issues can arise at any time. Normally these situations might mean a trip to the ER, but you have a more convenient and affordable option: Kaiser Permanente Advanced Urgent Care.

Advanced Urgent Care Centers

At Advanced Urgent Care centers, top physicians are there for you, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. That means 24/7 availability of advanced imaging (such as CT, ultrasound. or MRI), full laboratory, and pharmacy services. Advanced Urgent Care also offers an observation unit where patients can be monitored for up to 24 hours and access to on-call specialists for either virtual or in-person consultations. Our Advanced Urgent Care Centers can administer IV medications, do blood transfusions, perform stress tests, and more.

Urgent Care centers

In addition to our 24/7 Advanced Urgent Care centers, you have access to our eight Urgent Care clinics, where you can get care for minor issues like fever, sore throat, sprains, cuts, sinus infections, UTIs, and earaches and get evaluated to see if transfer to an Advanced Urgent Care Center or hospital is needed. These centers are equipped with X-rays, laboratories, and pharmacies on site.
