Kaiser Permanente is excited to announce the rollout of a redesigned mobile app experience, bringing members a more integrated and connected way to manage their health and coverage. This enhanced platform reflects Kaiser Permanente’s commitment to innovation and member-centered care, offering intuitive tools that simplify access and improve engagement.

The new app experience allows members to respond instantly to personalized notifications, reminders, and calls to action—making it easier to stay on top of appointments, prescriptions, and health updates. With a unified interface, users can seamlessly navigate between care and coverage features, all in one place.

Among the standout enhancements is Link Accounts, which enables members to connect external MyChart accounts. This feature consolidates clinical information from multiple organizations, including medications, immunizations, allergies, and care team details—giving members a more complete view of their health.

The app also introduces eCheck-in, allowing users to complete appointment check-ins and pre-visit questionnaires from their mobile device, helping them skip the line at reception and save time.

Additionally, the Billing and Coverage hub has been upgraded to provide quick access to bill payments, claims, benefits, and essential health plan documents—streamlining the administrative side of care.

With these improvements, Kaiser Permanente continues to lead the way in digital health innovation, ensuring members have the tools they need to manage their care with confidence and convenience.
