That’s why we are pleased to offer you a new option to get your answers—our Chat with Pharmacy service. This service is currently available to our members in the Baltimore service area.
Available to members at no additional cost, Chat with Pharmacy allows you to chat virtually with a Pharmacy representative via kp.org or the Kaiser Permanente mobile app. Use Chart with Pharmacy to get answers to your prescription related questions, including:
- Prescription status
- Prescription home delivery
- Prescription costs
- Prescription refills
- General Medication questions
Chat with Pharmacy is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Ready to start a chat with the service? Connect using one of two easy ways:
- By computer: Log in to kp.org/pharmacy and click Chat with Pharmacy.
- By smartphone: Log in to the Kaiser Permanente mobile app, visit the Pharmacy page, and tap Chat with Pharmacy.
