That’s why we’re excited to announce that Insure.com has ranked Kaiser Permanente the #1 best overall health insurance company in the United States. Their comprehensive study of the 15 top health insurance companies took a variety of metrics into account, and found that Kaiser Permanente led all the companies—or tied for first—in Value for Price, Customer Service, Website & Apps, and more.
We’re also honored to be a leader in overall member satisfaction. In a survey of our members, Insure.com found that 90% say they would renew their plan with us, and 87% would even recommend our care to others. We’re thankful for our members’ support, and we promise to show our gratitude by continuing to deliver high-quality, affordable health care to all our members and the communities we serve.
But we won’t stop there. We’ll continue to innovate our care and coverage to offer health plans that best meet our members’ needs, and enable better outcomes for all.
