We are excited to announce that our Ashburn and Fredericksburg After Hours Care clinics are now accepting walk-ins.
While appointments are still encouraged, we now offer members the flexibility to seek care at our Ashburn and Fredericksburg After Hours Care clinics, without an appointment.
Our After Hours Care clinics are appropriate for mild concerns like:
- Flu-like and cold symptoms
- Lower back pain
- Urinary tract infection
- Vomiting, diarrhea, and nausea
Note: If a member’s age is less than 1 year old and is in need of care, they should go to their nearest Advanced Urgent Care.

Urgent Care is available 24/7 by video, phone, and email from a Permanente physician.
