In 2019, the Health Information Management Services department (HIMS) began a three year journey to transform your experience to a member-centric, paperless process.
To continue that journey, several HIMS departments will transition from a medical center based delivery model to a virtual model that fully leverages kp.org capabilities.
This shift will help provide a better experience for all of our members.
As of November 16, the following HIMS departments will close their physical locations:
