When life gets busy, it’s easy to lose track of important and necessary lab tests. We are helping members stay on top of their health with a new reminder feature* on kp.org and in the KP app.
Starting on December 1, after your doctor has submitted a lab test for you, you will receive a reminder to complete your lab test. These reminders will be sent by text message, email, or push notification.
When you receive your reminder, simply click on the link provided or go to kp.org/appointments to make an appointment for your lab test.
