Kaiser Permanente just made it easier for you to get care when you need it by video. In addition to our many same-day options, you can now have a same-day virtual visit with a Kaiser Permanente physician for minor health concerns like colds, skin issues, sinus problems, the flu, or other matters that don’t require an in-person appointment.
Members can use Video Visit Now Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding holidays, by going to kp.org or the KP app.
Just log in to your profile, select Appointment Center, and click Video Visit Now. Wait times may apply; this feature should not be used for already scheduled video visits.
Registration on kp.org is required to use this service and access the many other digital benefits of being a Kaiser Permanente member.
