Kaiser Permanente is committed to providing you high quality care for your medication needs. The prescription home delivery options offer mail order delivery of your prescriptions with a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.
Due to delivery delays with the United States Postal Service (USPS), some members may have recently experienced a delay in the delivery of their medication order.
We apologize for any delays in delivering your medications. Our goal is to ensure your medications are delivered in a timely manner and we continue to work with USPS to better understand their challenges in delivering your medication order to you.
If you have recently placed an order for prescription home delivery and have not received your medication order, there are options available. You can:
- Ship an expedited replacement order via next day delivery to your home, or
- Pick up at a local Kaiser Permanente Outpatient Pharmacy.
