Pharmacy curbside pickup now available

While our pharmacies are open in all our facilities, we encourage members to use our contact less delivery options, including curbside pick-up.

Pick up your prescriptions without leaving your car. Our curbside pick-up is simple and easy – all you’ll need to do is follow these four steps:

Order your prescription
Order online at kp.org or use our KP app and then call the pharmacy to schedule a pick up time.

Head to your Kaiser Permanente medical center
Arrive at your medical center at your designated pick up time. If you are not able to make your pick up time, call the pharmacy to reschedule.

Call and let the pharmacy team know you’ve arrived
Pull into the designated curbside pick up area and call the pharmacy’s phone number and press “0” to speak to a pharmacy representative. Don’t know your pharmacy’s number? Review the list below.

Pick up your prescription
Be prepared to show your ID through your window (Required ID: member ID card and Photo ID). A member of the pharmacy team will bring your prescription outside and deliver it to you after verifying your identification.
